[KTEN] TEXAS - Hazmat team deals with burning transformer in Sherman

"Firefighters responded to a burning transformer outside the First United Bank building in Sherman late Tuesday afternoon. The transformer in the 2000 block of Texoma Parkway was identified as containing polychlorinated biphenals (PCBs), highly toxic chemicals that were banned in 1979."
